Mescolare ed al centro porre l’uovo, un pizzico di sale, il burro fuso, il latte ed il caffè.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Mescolare rapidamente con una frusta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imburrare gli stampini per muffin e versarvi il composto.&lt;br /&gt;Spezzettare il cioccolato e disporlo sulla superficie dei muffin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 25 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;Lasciare raffreddare, togliere dagli stampini e servire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;Cozze gratinate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Ingredienti&lt;br /&gt;1 kg di cozze&lt;br /&gt;50 grammi di parmigiano grattugiato1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco80 grammi di pan grattato1 mazzetto di prezzemolo1 spicchio d'aglioOlio extravergine d'olivaSale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pulite le cozze e fateli friggere in padella con l'olio e l'aglio.Dopo un minuto spruzzate il vino, mettete il coperchio e lasciate cuocere finchè tutte le cozze non saranno aperte.Nel frattempo preparate l'impasto con il parmigiano, il pan grattato, un filo d'olio, il prezzemolo tagliato finemente, il sale e il pepe. Riempite le cozze con l'impasto, sistemateli in una pirofila con poco olio e metteteli nel forno per 20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;Il babbà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#333399;"&gt;350gr.di farina, 250gr.di burro, 2 cucchiai di zucchero, 5 uova, 1 lievito di birra, sale, panna. zucchero e rhum. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Preparazione&lt;br /&gt;Dopo aver sciolto il lievito aggiungetevi della farina e lasciate lievitare per circa un'ora. Una volta che il suo volume e' aumentato, unite con il resto della farina aggiungendovi sale, le uova ed il burro sbattendo finche' non si stacchera' dal contenitore. Adagiatelo nello stampo che avete precedentemente unto con burro. Lasciate lievitare in un luogo asciutto quindi inseritelo nel forno gia' caldo per una ventina di minuti. Intanto preparate il composto per bagnare il baba' mescolando zucchero e rhum in acqua calda che, terminata la cottura, verserete sul dolce.
